一、活動介紹
第二十五屆“北京電影學院動畫學院獎”，將于2025年11月6日—11月8日在北京電影學院懷柔校區正式舉行。
北京電影學院動畫學院獎（簡稱“動畫學院獎”）由該校動畫學院于2001年首創，是面向原創動畫短片的評獎活動。每年秋季，該獎項匯聚全球動畫領域的專家學者、知名導演、創作者及愛好者，通過影片展映、頒獎禮、創作交流、專題講座、學術論壇等活動，鼓勵具有獨立精神與創造性的動畫創作，推動創作中的學術思考，為動畫愛好者提供展示與交流平臺，營造活躍的創作與學術生態。
本屆特設AI單元。在人工智能深刻變革動畫領域的當下，北京電影學院動畫學院獎積極接納AI與動畫藝術的融合，鼓勵創作者探索拓展動畫創作邊界，并為展示二者融合成果提供全新平臺。期待創作者借AI技術創作出耳目一新的作品，共鑒動畫藝術在AI時代的新篇章。
“動畫學院獎”組委會將在國內外動畫領域遴選有成就且具專業見解的專家學者擔任評委。評審堅持非商業性原則，充分尊重評委意見，以作品質量為唯一評獎標準。
二、活動時間
作品征集階段：
2025年7月10日—2025年10月10日
評獎階段：
2025年10月11日—2025年10月29日
正式活動時間：
2025年11月6日—2025年11月8日
三、參賽作品分類與要求
「動畫短片類」
A.作品MOV或MP4格式高清播放文件。
編碼H.264或ProRes422；
分辨率不低于1920*1080；
MP4文件壓縮至1GB以內；暫不接受DCP文件。
*所有作品需添加內嵌的英文字幕。
B.報名表電子版文件（務必按要求填寫完整信息）。
C.動畫作品匯總表（務必按要求填寫完整信息）。
D.作者近照1張（300dpi，jpg格式）。
E.作品海報1張（300dpi，jpg格式）。
F.作品靜幀3張（300dpi，jpg格式）。
G.15秒作品預告片（MOV或MP4格式）。
H.有對白的作品，需提交對白文本（中英文）。
「AI類」
本單元面向所有動畫創作者——無論學生、從業者或動畫愛好者，旨在鼓勵創作者探索AI在動畫制作中的無限可能，推動動畫行業的創新發展。
相關要求如下：
A.技術運用：參賽作品需以生成式人工智能（AIGC）技術為主要創作手段，包括但不限于文生視頻、文生音樂、文生配音等制作流程。提交作品時，需附上簡短的書面描述，闡述所用AI技術及其創意應用。
B.影片時長：時長不限，但不少于1分鐘。
C.主題內容：鼓勵創作者發揮想象力，以獨特創意與視角，借AI技術講述動人故事、表達深刻思想。
D.版權要求：參賽作品必須為作者原創作品，且參賽者本人或單位必須擁有該作品之完整著作權。
E.其余填報信息，均參照動畫短片要求。
「論文類」
A．論文類參賽作品電子版PDF文件（宋體，小四號字，單倍行距）。
B．附查重報告，且重復率須低于20%。
C．報名表電子版文件（務必按要求填寫完整信息）。
D．論文作品匯總表。
E．作者近照1張（300dpi，jpg格式）。
四、參賽報名表獲取通道
依據參賽類別下載對應類別的參賽表格，認真填寫“報名表”及“作品匯總表”電子版文件。
*注意：參賽者共需填寫兩個文件。

五、參賽方式
采用線上投稿：
1.請按參賽要求整理相關材料，包括“報名表+作品匯總表+參賽作品+相關資料（具體內容見三、參賽作品分類與要求）”。

*注:文件下載有效期需要永久有效；文件命名格式：“作品名稱+作者姓名+院校全稱+作者電話”，非院校作者可填寫單位名稱或“無”。

七、版權聲明及其他
1.征集作品一經確認即視為參賽作品，且均不退稿。
2.參賽作品必須為作者原創作品，且參賽者本人或單位必須擁有該作品之完整著作權。若有第三者對作品提出異議，并經組委會查明屬實者，組委會有權取消參賽資格。違反著作權之法律責任由參賽者本人負責，與學院獎組委會無關。
3.參賽作品版權歸參賽者本人及所在單位所有，組委會有權在以下情況使用（不另行通知及支付稿酬）：參賽作品及作品的相關資料用于賽事及相關活動宣傳及出版；指定賽事授權媒體發布、官方網站展示；頒獎儀式；相關展覽（含巡展）。
4.學院獎組委會賽后將評選出的獲獎作品編輯成北京電影學院動畫學院獎獲獎優秀作品專輯及組委會講評專輯，凡報名參賽作品均視為同時同意授權其作品交予組委會以相關專輯形式出版成品（包括但不限于音像、電子、網絡出版物等媒介載體，且僅限用于上述專輯，專輯名稱不盡相同，不包括單個作品出版權）。

Call for Entries
I.Event Introduction
The 25th Beijing Film Academy Animation Academy Awards of will be held in the Huairou Campus of Beijing Film Academy from November 6 to November 8,2025.
The Beijing Film Academy Animation Academy Awards(referred to as the"Animation Academy Awards")were initiated by the Beijing Film Academy Animation Academy in 2001 to recognize original animated short films.Every autumn,the"Beijing Film Academy Animation Awards"gathers experts,professors,senior scholars,renowned directors,young creators,and enthusiasts from the global animation field.The event includes,but is not limited to,film screenings and award ceremonies,creative exchanges,special lectures,and academic forums.Its aim is to encourage and promote independent and creative animation production,foster academic thinking in animation creation,and provide a platform for showcasing and exchanging ideas among animation art lovers,thereby creating a vibrant ecosystem for animation creation and scholarship.
This year's event features a special AI section.At the time when artificial intelligence is profoundly transforming the animation field,the“Animation School Awards”of the Beijing Film Academy actively embraces the integration of AI and animation art,encourages creators to explore and expand the boundaries of animation creation,and provides a new platform to showcase the achievements of this integration.We look forward to creators using AI technology to produce refreshing works and jointly witnessing a new chapter in animation art in the AI era.
The"Animation Academy Awards"organizing committee selects accomplished experts and scholars with professional insights into animation from both domestic and international animation fields as judges.Throughout the judging process,the committee adheres to non-commercial principles,respecting the opinions of each judge and evaluating the quality of the works as the sole criterion for awards.

III.Categories and Requirements for Submissions
Animated Short Films:
A.High-definition playback files in MOV or MP4 format;
Encoding:H.264 or ProRes422;
Resolution no less than 1920×1080;
DCP files not accepted for now;
MP4 file please compress to under 1GB;
*All submissions must include embedded English subtitles.
B.Electronic version of the registration form(must be completed with all required information);
C.Compilation of animated works(must be completed with all required information);
D.One recent photo of the author(300dpi,jpg format);
E.One poster of the work(300dpi,jpg format);
F.Three still frames from the work(300dpi,jpg format);
G.A 15-second teaser trailer of the work(in MOV or MP4 format);
H.For works with dialogue,submission of dialogue text(in both Chinese and English).
AI Category:
This section is open to all animation creators,whether they are students,industry practitioners,or animation enthusiasts.It aims to encourage creators to explore the infinite possibilities of AI in animation production and promote the innovative development of the animation industry.
The relevant requirements are as follows:
A.Technology Application:The participating works must be mainly created by using generative artificial intelligence(AIGC)technology,including but not limited to text-to-video,text-to-music,text-to-voiceover and other production processes.When submitting the works,a short written description should be attached to explain the AI technology used and its creative application.
B.Film Duration:The duration should be no less than 1 minute,with no upper limit.
C.Theme and Content:Creators are encouraged to use their imagination,tell touching stories and express profound ideas with unique creativity and perspectives through AI technology.
D.Copyright requirements:The work must be an original creation of the author,and the contestant himself/herself or the unit must possess the complete copyright of the work.
E.For the rest of the information to be filled in,refer to the requirements for animated short films.
Thesis Category:
A.Electronic PDF submissions of paper entries(font:Song,font size:small 4,single spacing);
B.Attach a plagiarism report with a plagiarism rate below 20%;
C.Electronic version of the registration form(must be completed with all required information);
D.Compilation of paper entries;
E.One recent photo of the author(300dpi,jpg format).

V.Submission Method
Online Submission:
1.Organize the relevant content of your entries according to the submission requirements,including"Registration Form+Compilation of Works+Entry+Relevant Materials".
2.Upload the data files to the cloud storage service to generate a link and download password.
*Name the files as"Work Name+Author's Name+Full Name of the Institution+Author's Phone Number"(For non-academic authors,you can fill in the corporate name or'None').
*The download link should have permanent validity.

VII.Copyright Statement and Others
1.Once submitted,collected works are considered as competition entries and will not be returned.
2.Entries must be original works of the authors,and participants or their affiliated organizations must possess complete copyright of the entries.In case of disputes raised by third parties concerning the entries,and if the organizing committee confirms their legitimacy,the organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify the entries.Participants are responsible for any legal liabilities related to copyright violations,and the organizing committee is not liable.
3.Copyright of the entries belongs to the participants and their affiliated organizations.The organizing committee has the right to use the entries(without further notice or payment of royalties)in the following situations:promotion and publication of the entries and related materials for the event and related activities;release on designated and authorized media outlets;official website display;award ceremonies;and related exhibitions(including touring exhibitions).
4.After the competition,the organizing committee will compile the winning entries into an album of excellent works for the Beijing Film Academy Animation Academy Awards and a commentary album by the organizing committee.By registering for the competition,all participants also agree to grant the organizing committee the right to publish their works in the form of these albums(including but not limited to audio-visual,electronic,and online publications).This authorization is limited to the mentioned albums and does not include individual work publication rights.
