主題詮釋

Explanation of the Theme:

錦衣：文采華貴的服飾。

華尚：廣義為中華時尚，可理解為華夏衣冠，具指體現中華民族時代精神風韻的衣裝表情。

Jinyi：means colorful, noble and elegantclothes. Huashang：means Chinese fashion in a broad sense, which can also be understood as Chinese dress, specifically refers to the expression of clothing reflecting the spirit of the Chinese ethnicity.

“道之以德，齊之以禮”，本大賽主張，用社會主義核心價值觀引導創建幸福生活的同時，要用禮儀文化規范我們時尚的生活方式。本大賽鼓勵選手深入挖掘中華民族元素和獨特的精神文化內涵，圍繞代表國家形象的禮儀服飾、各民族百姓節慶服飾的時代創新需求，去發揮各自締造華服時尚的奇思異想。

As the saying goes, “Guide and assimilate ones with morality and etiquette.” This competition advocates guiding to create a happy life with the Chinese socialist core values, meanwhile, regulating ourfashionable lifestyle with etiquette culture. This competition encourages the contestants to research deeply into the Chinese ethnicity elements and its unique spiritual and cultural connotation, and to focus on etiquette clothing that represents the national imagine, and the innovative needs of the times of the people of all ethnic groups, to give play to their own whimsical ideas for creating Chinese clothing fashion.

作品要求

Work Requirements

符合大賽主題的華服時裝設計系列作品（每系列4-5套）；

A series of Chinese fashion design works in accordance with the competition theme (4-5 sets per series);

具有鮮明的文化特征和時代性；

Distinctive cultural characteristics and contemporary quality;

風格獨特、制作精細、服飾品配套齊全；

Unique style anddelicately made with complete accessories.

參賽作品必須是未公開發表過的個人原創作品。（大學生時裝周及學校演出不屬于此列。）

Entries must be original and unpublished. (College fashion week and school shows are excluded.)

表現形式

Format

（一）時裝設計稿：時裝設計效果圖（圖稿尺寸比例16:9）、款式圖、主題說明和面料實物小樣展示。

（1）Fashion Design Draft:fashion design renderings(size:16:9),stylebook, theme description and material sample display.

(二）實物作品：入選設計稿制作的系列時裝。

（2）Physical Works:a series of fashion clothes selected for design.

參賽資格

Qualification

海內外服裝設計師，國內外高校相關專業學生。國別、地區、性別、年齡不限。

Domestic and international fashion designers or students of related majors in colleges and universities. ThereIs no restriction on country, region,Gender,or age.

大賽獎項

Awards

金獎1名，獎金100000元人民幣，

并資助攻讀米蘭理工大學POLI.design設計學院專業碩士（由山東太陽鳥服飾有限公司資助，價值30萬元）；

Gold prize is for only one person with a prize of RMB 100,000 andscholarship to study for a master's degree at POLI.design(valued at RMB 300,000, funded by Shandong Sunbird Clothing Co., Ltd.);

銀獎2名，獎金各70000元人民幣；

Silver prize is for two persons with a prize of RMB 70,000 each;

銅獎3名，獎金各50000元人民幣；

Bronze prize is for three persons with a prize of RMB 50,000 each;

最佳元素創新獎、最佳工藝獎、最佳網絡人氣獎各1名,各獎勵10000元人民幣；

The best element innovation award, the best craftsmanship award, and the best online popularity award.One winner per award with RMB10,000

for each award.

優秀獎若干，各獎勵3000元人民幣。

Several recognition awards, with a prize of RMB 3,000.

以上獎項均由中國服裝設計師協會頒發證書或獎杯。所有獎金金額均為稅前，組委會保留最終解釋權。

All the above awards are issued with certificates or trophies by China Fashion Association. All prizes are pre-tax. The organizing committee reserves the right of interpretation.

作品評比

Evaluation of Works

評委組成：國內外著名學者、設計師、時裝評論家、藝術家。

Evaluation Committee: well-known domestic and international scholars, designers, fashion critics and artists.

設計稿初賽：評委會根據參賽選手提交的時裝設計稿，優選出30組作品入圍決賽。

Preliminary Design Contest: The committee will select 30 groups of works for the final as per the fashion

design drafts submitted by the contestants.

作品實物決賽：入圍選手攜入圍系列作品，到中國濟南參加決賽，依據作品動態展示及答辯評出優勝者。

The final competition with physical works: The finalists will bring according series of works to Jinan, China to participate in the final, and the winners will be selected as by dynamic presentation and project defense.

特別提示：如因疫情，入圍選手本人不能來決賽現場者，請將參賽實物作品郵寄至組委會，可在線上參加現場答辯。

Note: if the finalists are unable to attend the final because of the epidemic situation, please mail the works to the Organizing Committee and participate in the on-site defense online.

大賽日程

Competition Schedule

2021年5月10日—2021年7月16日報名投稿。

Registration (May 10th, 2021 - July 16th, 2021);

2021年7月20日—7月25日設計稿評選、簽發入圍通知。

Selection of design draft and selection notice (July 20th, 2021 - July 25th, 2021);

2021年7月28日—9月20日入圍作品系列制作。

Production of selected works (July28, 2021 - September 20, 2021);

2021年9月23日9月24日總決賽及頒獎。

The final and awards (September 23, 2021 -September 24, 2021).

決賽暨頒獎

The final and Awards

（一）決賽暫定于2021年9月（具體時間以入圍通知為準）。

(1) The final is tentatively scheduled for September 2021 (the specific time will be published by the finalist notification).

（二）決賽地點：中國山東濟南（具體地點以入圍通知為準）。

(2) Location of the final competition: Jinan, Shandong, China (The specific location will be published by the

finalist notification).

(三）入圍選手必須攜帶參賽作品于決賽前3天（北京時間）到達決賽地點（具體地點以入圍通知為準）。

(3) Finalists must bring their entries to the final competition location three days before the final date (Beijing time) (the specific location is subject to the notice of the finalists).

（四）獲獎作品由大賽組委會收藏。

（4） The winning works are collected by the Organizing Committee of the competition.

參賽費用

Competition fee

本大賽不繳納報名費。

No registration fee is required.

入圍選手參加決賽的交通費用由組委會憑交通單據報銷，其中歐美選手最多報銷一萬元人民幣，亞洲選手最多報銷五千元人民幣，中國選手最多報銷三千元人民幣。入圍選手在濟南參賽期間，由組委會提供免費食宿。參賽作品自行制作費用由選手承擔。

The transportation expenses of the shortlisted contestants in the final will be reimbursed by the Organizing Committee with transportation documents provided.The maximum reimbursement for European and American contestants is RMB 10,000 yuan; for Asian contestants, RMB 5,000 yuan, and for Chinese contestants, RMB 3,000 yuan. In the period of the competition in Jinan, the Organizing Committee will offer free meals and accommodation. The contestants shall bear the cost of their own production.

4. 入圍選手可自行制作服裝，也可到大賽承辦單位山東太陽鳥服飾有限公司等承辦、協辦企業合作制作服裝，服裝制作費用由承辦、協辦企業承擔。

(4) The selected contestants can make their own clothes, or cooperate with the competition organizer Shandong Sunbird Clothing Co., as well as other co-organizing company and institutions. The manufacturing costs will be borne by the organizer and co-organizers.

5.主辦方有權宣傳、出版、展示全部參賽作品。

(5) The advertisements right, publish right and display right of all participating projects belong to the organizer.
